For New Patients

Initial Consultation and Treatment

Upon the first visit, I would need to complete a detailed consultation and exam. This is necessary to address adequate treatment plan for your concern. With a proper findings we will focus on the root of your issue, rather than eliminating the symptoms only. If you possess any past diagnostic imaging/testing such as XRAY or MRI report, please kindly bring it with yourself. If any additional diagnostics are needed this will be discussed.

Not any practitioner can get a patient recovered, I will serve as the guide to your body’s recovery and full optimal well-being health. Half of the work is my responsibility and I will need fifty percent from you – don’t hesitate to ask questions, listen to my advices and recommendations and do your best to follow them. Active engagement in the process is essential to your improvement!

Physio

I prefer a use of multidisciplinary approach, which includes Manual treatment, Acupuncture, Using the high-end equipment, Therapeutic Exercises and Nutrition protocols, whichever is necessary for maximizing the results of the performed sessions.

Initial session is lasting for 60 minutes, which involves assessment, treatment and re-testing. Upon the first consultation, after all the required information is gathered, treatment plan will be discussed. Remember, every patient is a different individual, and with different concern, so based on that treatment time for the sessions can vary, as Physiotherapy treatment should not be generalized, but tailored to every patient and its needs.

I do not bill insurance companies directly. Cash or Card payment is made by patients for services rendered upon completion of a treatment session. Receipt and Insurance Claim form are then provided by a front desk specialist that can be remitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. I highly advice my patients to check their physiotherapy coverage with their insurance provider and have a referral letter for Physiotherapy treatment from their consulting Doctor (General Practitioner, Orthopedic Doctor, Neurologist or any other.)

For the attended treatments, I would suggest wearing comfortable loose-fitting shorts and t-shirt, sports bra, underwear, and a tank top are all recommended types of clothing for treatment. This allows me a complete access and treatment with no limitations, as well your comfort during the session. While yoga pants are comfortable, they are not ideal for treatment.

In case you have metal implant, hip replacement, pacemaker or if you think you are pregnant please inform me on the initial encounter, as all of my treatments are adjusted to my patient needs and are 100% safe and non-contraindicated.

If there is anything specific you think I should know before your attendance on the session, be kind and please let me know ahead. Looking forward to help you!
